Welcome to Tahani Gifts!  These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Tahani Gifts' website, located at www.tahanigifts.com.  

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Tahani Gifts if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. The following terminology applies to all our policies: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person viewing this website and compliant to our terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Recipient” refers to the person receiving the order or delivery.

Like any other website, Tahani Gifts, uses ‘cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information. 

Payment Terms and Methods: 

The payment providers used on www.tahanigifts.com are Stripe and Paypal. The details needed to complete an order are your name, email address and phone number, the name of the recipient and their delivery address, and your payment details. The only information that is kept is your name and email address if you tick the 'receive marketing' box at the checkout. 

Shipping and Delivery: 

We aim to have your order delivered up to 5 working days for dispatch of all orders, however during busy months (Feb., and Dec.) delivery times may take longer. You will be contacted if this is going to happen. 

We cannot confirm which delivery company will be used when delivering your order, the main companies used are Yodel, APC, Royal Mail and DPD. If for some reason there are delays with a certain company, we will keep you aware of the situation. 

For BFPO/PO Box addresses, we cannot confirm we can deliver to them so please get in touch with us before you place your order so we're able to check if we can deliver for you. All orders to BFPO/PO Boxes without prior knowledge or consent from us will not go ahead. 

Damages, Returns and Refunds: 

If an item in your order has arrived damaged, you must contact us immediately with pictures within 48 hours via email so we can advise whether a return is necessary. We request photographs of all damages wherever possible so we can assess the extent of the damage. Returns will be sent to our address of 21 Egmont Road, New Malden, KT3 4AS. If you're entitled to any refunds on your order, depending on which provider you paid through the money will take up to a week to arrive back in the account you paid from.   

Third-party Clause: 

Our website, contains images, products and their descriptions from a third-party website named AW-Dropship. Content from this third-party may be subject to copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights held by the owner. Whilst we do not hold/claim any ownership or rights to the content shown unless explicitly stated, we have permission to use the relevant content shown.
